Paint & Connect

A creative teambuilding workshop in which teams make an artwork together that reflects their cooperation and team values, including reflection, fun and a drink. Everyone paints their own part and shares what they contribute to the team.

Practical info

At Paint & Connect, teams create one work of art together, made up of individual paintings. Each team member starts with their own canvas, but after a while it is passed on to a colleague who adds to it, enriches it or, on the contrary, surprises it with a new angle. This creates a creative process in which everyone's contribution becomes visible within the whole.

Guided by reflective questions, you reflect on who you are as a team, what you want to project and how each team member contributes to this. These moments of reflection provide depth and connection in a relaxed atmosphere, with music and drinks in the background.

The end result? A colourful, collaborative work of art that tells your team's unique story. Full of creativity, collaboration and meaning.

What can I expect?

1. Intro & icebreaker
What typifies us as a team? We start with a short interactive exercise to set the tone.

2. Get creative
Everyone paints on their own canvas based on an initial creative assignment. Then we pass on the canvases and a new assignment follows. In this way, each team member builds on each other's work.

3. Painting with a drink
While enjoying mocktails, wine or juice, a relaxed and creative atmosphere is created.

4. Getting back & reflecting
At the end, everyone gets their original canvas back, but now filled with collective input. We reflect briefly on what this says about us as a team.

5. Gallery walk & insights
We look at all the artworks as one story. What stands out? What do we take away?

The group was very enthusiastic and positive about the team building

Very nice, we all got to know each other better in a slightly different way. Nice to also receive a report of the DISC analysis to review later. Thanks for the fun morning!

Had course day today led by GO Teambuilding.
The material was not quite for me, but despite that, I had an enjoyable afternoon.
The host's enthusiasm made you stay actively attentive and the activities to clarify the material were also fun and made it a fun and enjoyable day.

In addition, Demian was a very good mood setter and very approachable and really thinks with you.

We did very nice team-building activity. It was fun to work together in a different way and to get to know each other on a different level. We were fairly last minute with our outing, but we still managed to make it a very fun day and evening. Chapeau!
