DISC Motivations

For teams who want to understand the motivation behind behaviour

Practical info

The DISC + Motivations training goes beyond behaviour alone. In addition to the DISC profile, we investigate what drives people internally. This training is about the values and motivations that determine why you do what you do. This creates a complete picture of the team: not only hello Someone is responding, but also Why. The training combines theory with reflection and interactive team assignments, so that insights become directly palpable in collaboration.

We're translating the DISC model + motivations to bird species: what drives the red robins, yellow canaries, blue rock doves, and green budgies? 🐥

What does it deliver?
  • Understanding personal drives and motivation using drive tests

  • Understanding each other's behaviour and underlying needs

  • Stronger cooperation and more effective communication

  • A deeper sense of connection within the team

Interactive team building (14:15 - 14:45)

  • Think about role-playing, team line-ups, and motivation cards to delve deeper into the drivers, but in an interactive team session.

Real stories of teams that have boosted their work culture!

The group was very enthusiastic and positive about the team building

Very nice, we all got to know each other better in a slightly different way. Nice to also receive a report of the DISC analysis to review later. Thanks for the fun morning!

Had course day today led by GO Teambuilding.
The material was not quite for me, but despite that, I had an enjoyable afternoon.

In addition, Demian was a very good mood setter and very approachable and really thinks with you.

We did very nice team-building activity. It was fun to work together in a different way and to get to know each other on a different level. We were fairly last minute with our outing, but we still managed to make it a very fun day and evening. Chapeau!
