The start of our adventure
What started as a passion for real connection grew into a mission: strengthening teams with quality, connection, depth and fun. In the event world, I often missed just that: real content and personal attention. With my creative and entrepreneurial background, I therefore founded GO-Teambuilding.
It started with our first concept: The Itch Words Game. This was an instant success. This was followed by other concepts such as the All-rounder and the DISC Quiz.

We are Demian and Ydanne partners in life and in creating unique experiences. What drives us is connecting people through energy, fun and a personal touch. We make existing concepts more creative or devise our own concepts.
Since being founded by Demian in 2019, we have grown into a dedicated team that comes to you on-site to inspire and bring teams closer together. We collaborate with a regular group of partners, presenters, and production staff throughout the country and even internationally.
Because we deliberately work with a small and flexible team, we can react quickly, contribute ideas and create every event completely tailored. Whether you choose a high-energy team-building event together, an in-depth team training or a development trip abroad focused on growth: we'll ensure an experience that truly makes an impact and will be remembered for a long time to come!
