DISC Teams

For teams that want to improve their collaboration

Practical info

DISC in Teams is all about understanding team dynamics. Using the DISC Team Wheel, you'll discover together where your strengths lie, how you can strengthen each other, and how to understand one another better. The training is practical, interactive, and tailored to your daily collaboration. We use interactive games, familiar situations, and reflection to explore how the different DISC colours within the team influence each other.

We're translating the DISC model into bird species: how do the red robins, yellow canaries, blue rock doves, and green budgies interact with each other? 🐥

What does it deliver?
  • Understanding team roles, strengths and pitfalls

  • Better communication and collaboration

  • Greater understanding, trust and effectiveness within the team

Real stories of teams that have boosted their work culture!

The group was very enthusiastic and positive about the team building

Very nice, we all got to know each other better in a slightly different way. Nice to also receive a report of the DISC analysis to review later. Thanks for the fun morning!

The host's enthusiasm made you actively pay attention

Had course day today led by GO Teambuilding.
The material was not quite for me, but despite that, I had an enjoyable afternoon.
The host's enthusiasm made you stay actively attentive and the activities to clarify the material were also fun and made it a fun and enjoyable day.

In addition, Demian was a very good mood setter and very approachable and really thinks with you.

We did very nice team-building activity. It was fun to work together in a different way and to get to know each other on a different level. We were fairly last minute with our outing, but we still managed to make it a very fun day and evening. Chapeau!
