And at the same time, you are working for the organisation you work for. The danger, of course, is that you have such a good time at home that work takes a back seat. You still do the tasks you are assigned but you feel less part of the company or team you normally work in.

Too much working from home leads to a loose sand relationship with your work. With many organisations forcing their employees to work from home, there is a need to get their noses back in the same direction. Taking a break from familiar surroundings and getting together online.
